Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Experience in the software or within tech start-ups is preferred.

Understanding of operational processes and methodologies within the software industry. Familiarity with industry specific regulatory requirements and compliance.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in operations management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, High Level). Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Growth-minded with lean startup management skills .

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in leading projects from planning through execution to completion.

Experience with budgeting, cost control. Ability to manage resources effectively and optimize operational costs.

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to support company goals. Experience with scaling operations to accommodate growth.
