Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience or "like-experience" in community management and development. Experience working with home service based businesses is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field a plus.
Your someone who loves networking, teaching and takes pride in building and being a part of something.
Understanding of channel growth, CRM software. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain community relationships.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Proficiency in community management platforms and tools (Slack, Discord, HighLevel community forums).
